How to Make Homemade Lemonade Recipe

This Homemade Lemonade is made using only 3 ingrident. Refreshing and perfect for a hot summer afternoon.

  • Citrus Squeezer


  • 8 Lemons
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1.5 ltre Water
  • 1/3 cup Frozen Berries Optional


  • Squeeze the lemons with a citrus squeezer then set aside
  • In a small saucepan boil sugar and 1 1/2 cup water , stirring regularly until fully dissolved, allow to cool down.
  • Add lemon juice, ice and 1 litre of water to a Pitcher and some of that sugar syrup and stir together.
  • For an additional flavour, add frozen mixed berries to a cup, slightly crush them together then add more ice and lemonade to serve
  • Enjoy cold with some ice.



  1. Ensure you use freshly squeezed Lemon juice, it tastes fresher and does not compare with concentrate.
  2. Use other fruits like mango, Pineapple, berries etc to add extra flavour to your Lemonade.
  3. Ensure you don't pour all the simple syrup at once, taste as you go along so its not too sweet or too acidic .
