Cut your chicken wings into two if not already done.
Wash the chicken wings and pat dry with a Paper towel
Season chicken wings with half of the salt, cayenne pepper , smoked paprika, powdered chicken stock, onion powder, black pepper and garlic powder . Combine together then marinade for 1 -4hours.
Add frying oil to a skillet or deep frying pan and heat up
In a medium size bowl slightly whisk 2 eggs and soda water together. Add left over seasoning to flour and mix thoroughly
Dip chicken wings (one at a time if possible ) in Egg mixture
Coat chicken with flour mixture, you can can double this process if you want it super crunchy.
Fry wings for 8-10 mins turning it occasionally until golden brown
Using a tong, remove and place in a paper towel lined tray and divide into two parts.
