Homemade Granola Recipe
Crunchy, healthy, Delicious homemade Granola, great option for breakfast and
- 2 cups Oats
- 1/4 cups Pumpkin seed
- 1/3 cups Pecans
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
- 1/3 cups Coconut Flakes
- 1/3 cups Honey
- 1/3 cups Mayple syrup
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/3 cups Designated Coconut
Preheat oven to 170°C then line your baking tray with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, mix oats, pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes, cinnamon and stir together.
In a microwave bowl, add your honey, maple syrup, coconut oil, and heat for 2 mins, this helps loosen it, this can also be done on a stove.
Add wet ingredients to Dry oat mix and combine together until evenly coated.
Now Bake for 10 mins, bring out of the oven and stir together, then put it back in the oven and bake for another 8 mins. Allow to cool off and store in airtight jar.
- Ensure you store in an airtight container to retain that crunch.
- This Granola can stay up to 3 weeks or more and still retain its flavours.
