Ingredients

  • 2 cups Oats
  • 1/4 cups Pumpkin seed
  • 1/3 cups Pecans
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 1/3 cups Coconut Flakes
  • 1/3 cups Honey
  • 1/3 cups Mayple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/3 cups Designated Coconut

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 170°C then line your baking tray with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, mix oats, pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes, cinnamon and stir together.
  • In a microwave bowl, add your honey, maple syrup, coconut oil, and heat for 2 mins, this helps loosen it, this can also be done on a stove.
  • Add wet ingredients to Dry oat mix and combine together until evenly coated.
  • Now Bake for 10 mins, bring out of the oven and stir together, then put it back in the oven and bake for another 8 mins. Allow to cool off and store in airtight jar.

Notes

  1. Ensure you store in an airtight container to retain that crunch.
  2. This Granola can stay up to 3 weeks or more and still retain its flavours.
