Preheat Oven to 170°C
In a mixing bowl, combine suger and butter until its creamy then add eggs, milk, and continue mixing until you get a smooth texture.
sift flour, salt , baking powder and slowly add to wet ingridents, gradually combine together until smooth.
Add chocolate chips and fold in.
At this point, your cookies are pretty ready to bake, however you can allow dough to sit in the firdge for up to 24 hours before baking if you have the time .
line baking sheet with parchment paper then roll your dough into round balls using your hand or an ice cream scoope. You can add more chocolate chips to the top for additional flavour.
Bake for 10~15 mins or until golden brown. Allow cookies to cool for about 4 mins before eating.
