Best cooking tips for this Shrimp Recipe.

  1. Ensure you wash your shrimp properly especially when using fresh shrimps, you don’t want a smelly slimy shell in your dish.
  2. Once washed, make sure to pat dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. Do not overcook your shrimps otherwise you lose the freshness that comes with this dish or it becomes too chewy. Ideally I will advise you cook for not more than 10 mins.
  4. As always remember to always your seasoning, less spicy reduce the amount of spice or increase this as you will like. For the best result to suit your taste, put the spices in batches and taste as the cooking goes then adjust to your own desired taste.
  5. Use fresh Shrimps and Garlic if possible but frozen shrimp will equally taste good.

How Long Can You keep After Cooking

  1. Good question, I will really advice you eat this out freshly cooked but you can store in an air tight container for 2-4 days in the fridge then heat up in the microwave when you want to eat.
  2. You can also re heat this in a cooking pan by adding a little oil to the pan before putting the shrimps to re heat.
