So recently I decided to try the famous Ketogenic diet , well safe to say its one of the easiest diet I have ever tried and trust me I have done it all when it comes to diet . I am not able to go in to the science definition of Keto diet but understand you feed more on rural fat and allow your body use those fat for energy instead of Sugar.

What you will need :
- Chicken wings
- Seasoning Cubes
- Chilli Sauce
- Organic Balsamic Glaze
- Wash and cut your chicken , season with Dry spices and rub in with some coconut Oil
- Grill for 30 Mins , remember to flip on both sides
- Meanwhile on another pan , add butter and your glazing sauces and stir in , remove chicken from the oven and toss in the Glaze
Allow this to stay in the glaze for 5 Mins , you can allow this process longer depends on how you like your wings . Enjoy
