while Its no secret that I generally love cooking , I have often expressed my love for quick recipes that is packed full with flavours . one thing for sure is that this recipe is a winner in my home and I see my self always reaching out to make this every other week . I hope you do try this also.
I used 15% fat beef , you can substitute this for Pork , chicken , lean beef etc , it will still come out yummy trust me .
- Minced Beef
- Cooking Oil
- 2 Garlic Gloves
- White Pepper
- 2 tsp chopped Ginger
- 1 red bell pepper
- Salt and pepper for seasoning (only a pinch of Salt if you need to )
- 1 scotch pepper ( optional)
- 1 tsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp Dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp Oyster Sauce
- In a bowl , add your beef , white pepper ,soy sauce , oyster sauce and combine together , Marinate this for 15~1hour .
- In a hot pan , add 2 tsp cooking oil, add your chopped Garlic allow this to fry until golden brown , then add your minced , cook for 5 mins then add chopped ginger and peppers, , allow to cook or another 5 mins or until cooked . Once cooked, serve with some boiled Rice
