Creamy Cauliflower Mash

You know when you have this dish that goes well with almost everything? Well for me thats Cauliflower mash. You can enjoy it on its own or as a side dish.

 

 

So lets us talk Cauliflower, this is one versatile vegetables I really cannot get tired of,  Cauliflower has an all round greatness to it.As some of you know am currently on a ketogenic diet and every other day I try to create tasty recipes and substitute from what I normally would eat and I must say this is one recipe I keep coming back to.

Shopping List

  • I large Cauliflower
  • Roasted Cheese
  • Butter
  • Himalaya Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 4 tsb full cream
  • Pancetta or Bacon
  • Chilli Flakes
  • Hot Cameroon pepper (Optional)

Preparation

  1. In a Microwave bowl add your cut Cauliflower, cream , salt and pepper(to taste) , Microwave for 10-15 mins until Tender .
  2. In a hot pan fry your pancetta or oven grill .
  3. Now combine the cauliflower and pancetta in a food processor, add roasted cheese and 1 tsb butter , blitz together until creamy , add some Cameroon pepper to desired taste .

Enjoy this with some grilled chicken or spicy stewed meat .
