You know when you have this dish that goes well with almost everything? Well for me thats Cauliflower mash. You can enjoy it on its own or as a side dish.
So lets us talk Cauliflower, this is one versatile vegetables I really cannot get tired of, Cauliflower has an all round greatness to it.As some of you know am currently on a ketogenic diet and every other day I try to create tasty recipes and substitute from what I normally would eat and I must say this is one recipe I keep coming back to.

- I large Cauliflower
- Roasted Cheese
- Himalaya Salt
- Black pepper
- 4 tsb full cream
- Pancetta or Bacon
- Chilli Flakes
- Hot Cameroon pepper (Optional)
- In a Microwave bowl add your cut Cauliflower, cream , salt and pepper(to taste) , Microwave for 10-15 mins until Tender .
- In a hot pan fry your pancetta or oven grill .
- Now combine the cauliflower and pancetta in a food processor, add roasted cheese and 1 tsb butter , blitz together until creamy , add some Cameroon pepper to desired taste .
Enjoy this with some grilled chicken or spicy stewed meat .
